Photography Posters & Photo Art

Photographic posters offer a precision other motifs do not. Coastlines, mountains, desert and botanicals rendered as they actually look — with no layer of interpretation between the subject and the wall.

Photography asks a little more of the room than illustration or abstract work. Detail disappears at small sizes, so 50x70 is usually the minimum if the image has depth. In return, a photograph at 70x100 delivers an effect few other motif types match.

Matte paper is nearly always right for photography. It gives no reflections, and greys and muted colours stay cleaner than they do on silk.
